ELECTRIC HOIST :

DESIGN :
Hoists are designed for all classes of application As per IS-3938. Standard Design is for Class II.

MODULAR CONSTRUCTION:
Hoist is assembled from different independent units as a Hoisting gear Box, Electric Control Panel & Traveling Trolley. All these units are separately accessible repairs.

MAIN FRAME :
M.S. Plates are fastened with number studs to withstand the load of the different independent units attached to it.

WIRE ROPE :
Hoisting rope as per IS-2266. The leading rope taken by the Drum does not slip sideways when slack. The factor of safety, on the nominal braking strength of the rope is six.

ROPE DRUM :
Grooved Drum, Seamless Pipe of require length to be wounded in on/two layer and to provided proper support for the rope to minimize abrasive wear is provided.
Drum Shaft revolves on Ball bearing for ensuring smooth running

ROPE GUIDE :
Rope Guide is in two Places, ensuring Easy accessibility. It encircles the Drum completely so that the rope may not uncoil even when the Hoist is in unloaded condition.

MOTOR :
Hoist Motor is specially rated for Hoist duty with minimum 40% CDF Rating and class B insulation. The unit is an IP 54 dust and damp proof enclosure.

GEAR BOX :
Hoist Gear Box has specially treated Gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft assembly is supported on ball bearings, to ensure smooth, low-friction operation. The Gear trains are oil lubricated.  

BRAKE :
Electromagnetic Fail-Safe type D/C (Working on 24 Volts) mounted externally on the rear end of Hoisting Motor ensuring easily accessibility.

HOOK BLOCK :
The Hook Block is tested to 150% of full and before assembly. The rope sheaves are fully guarded with protective steel frame. All sheaves rotate on Ball Bearings.

TROLLEY :
M. S. Plates forming side frame assembled with Runner-Wheels. Runner Wheels are mounted on Double sealed Ball Bearings. Trolley is adjustable for various I-Beam sizes.

LIMIT SWITCHES :
A Limited Switch is built is as one of many safety feature preventing accidental over-hoisting & over lowering of the hook block. Then trip positions are adjustable to allow correct setting for installation.

ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL :
Controls are mechanically and electrically interlocked to prevent inadvertent operation of opposite motions & are all housed in an IP 54 dust and damp proof enclosure. A low voltage control system of 110 Volts Minimizes electrical hazards for the operation.

GUARANTEE :
A Guarantee is provided for the repair and replacement, which proves defective material or workmanship within on year of the sale on Ex. Work basis. However electrical appliances are not covered in this Guarantee.

NB : 1. Micro Speed arrangement, reducing normal speed by approx 10%  is provided on request ate extra cost.

    3. Without travel (Fixed Mounting) with Higher Class Duly As per I.S. 3938
3. Every Eagle Hoist is tested on 101%. of its safe working load before dispatch, & issued with a Test Certificate.
